Hummingbird Chocolate

Hummingbird Chocolate is slowly crafted using the most modern techniques from the 19th century.

It takes a week of effort to make a batch, and then we age it for a month, letting the flavours get to know each other.

Organic sugar & a touch of cocoa butter are the only things added to our chocolate, which remains dairy and gluten free.

Our cacao beans are fair or direct trade; this way we know the farmers are getting a decent price for their hard work.

When we can, we build one-on-one relationships with farmers and their communities; paying a better price to get the best beans.
