Four high school kids discover an old video game console and are drawn into the game’s jungle setting, literally becoming the adult avatars they chose. What they discover is that you don’t just play Jumanji - you must survive it. Midnight Vesta is a Canadiana band based out of Toronto, ON. Since the release of their debut EP, ‘The Sleight of Hand’, which garnered national airplay on college radio, the band have been working the 401 and expanding an audience with their live performance. Their 2017 release, ‘Seconds’, sees them progress from a banjo driven folk band to a guitar laden quartet smothered in harmony.
Braden Foulkes has just released his first EP - Beauty of Life and he and his band are excited to perform these new songs as well as some old favourites and covers.
Plus more locally based musicians playing all afternoon…..
Silent auction items and 50/50 draws will also be drawing your attention so be prepared to bid on some amazing things. If you have an item or items you wish to donate, please email [email protected].

Celebrate the arrival of the holiday season with Almonte’s nighttime parade- an annual favourite for adults and children alike! The parade starts at the Almonte & District Community Centre and travels down Mill Street, around town and back again. Following the parade enjoy hot chocolate, hot dogs and public skating at the arena.
